Dr. Lydia M. Daniels is the founder, President, and CEO of Daniels/Correal Consultation Services in Atwater, CA, and a Distinguished Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She has over twenty-five years of experience in consultation and project management, including roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer for a large healthcare system. Dr. Daniels specializes in HR systems, organizational transition projects, and union negotiations. She teaches the capstone course in Human Resource Management at Golden Gate University and has extensive experience in course and curriculum development. Dr. Daniels holds an M.S. in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior and a Ph.D. in Management/Leadership and Organizational Change. Her accolades include the Management Fellowship Award from UCSF, Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women, and the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Daniels has authored several publications on leadership and human resource management and is an advocate of Servant Leadership. She takes pride in mentoring future HR leaders and promoting Servant Leadership globally.
