Dr. Mrs. Akorfa Ahiafor brings a wealth of expertise to Daniels Coreals Consultation Services LLC (DCCS) with her diverse background in research, banking and microfinance, entrepreneurship, business development, and mentoring. With over 20 years of experience in the banking and microfinance sector, Dr. Ahiafor has held various management and directorship roles. She has also served as an Examiner for Rural Banking and Microfinance at the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana. Her research support encompasses prospectus and proposal development, Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes, participant recruitment, data collection, transcription, analysis, presentation of results, and publication. A seasoned entrepreneur and business development expert, Dr. Ahiafor has extensive experience in business coaching and mentoring. She is an alumna of prestigious institutions including KNUST, Ghana Stock Exchange, University of Ghana Business School, CEIBS, Harvard Kennedy School, and Walden University. Additionally, she is a certified trainer in the International Labour Organization's (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) program.
